Bulsho Development Bank: EnterPoint Group is the founder and majority shareholder of this Islamic digital bank based in Somalia, offering Sharia-compliant financial products and services to foster financial inclusion and economic development.

Real Estate Development

Sahmar: Specializes in real estate development, with flagship projects like the Marina City Project in Mogadishu. This ambitious $2 billion project spans 1.05 million square meters and aims to create a new, modern district in the capital.

Food Manufacturing:

EnterFood Ltd: Expected to start operations in 2025 in Somalia, this new division will focus on the production and packaging of essential food items, including wheat flour, fruit pulps, and cooking oil. EnterFood Ltd is dedicated to enhancing food security and processing standards in the regions it operates.

Hospitality

Zeit & Zatar: Zeit & Zatar: EnterPoint Group owns this chain of Lebanese restaurants located in London, UK, which has been operational since 2011. The hospitality division focuses on providing high-quality dining experiences with a unique blend of traditional and contemporary cuisine.

Precious Minerals Trading and Mining

Orchid Minerals Ltd: Holds trading licenses for gold, silver, and the 3T (tantalum, tin, tungsten) in Uganda, Somalia, and the Central African Republic. Ongoing negotiations with the governments of Mozambique and Zimbabwe to secure mining concessions over 25 km² and 30 km² areas respectively for extracting gold, cassiterite, tungsten, and coltan.

General Trading

Nasmat Alwadi General Trading Ltd: Based in the UAE, this subsidiary specializes in the export and import of essential commodities, such as sugar and cooking oil, and facilitates the import of food products into the UAE.
